What is an Apple Specialist? 

Apple created the Specialist program in order to recognize Apple resellers whose primary focus is to sell, service, and support the Apple product line. Additionally, to promote resellers who take extra steps to enhance the customer's understanding of Apple technology and solutions through face-to-face customer interaction.

How did Voelker Research become an Apple Specialist?

The stringent requirements of the Apple Specialist program restricts most resellers from being eligible. Our efforts to provide meaningful system solutions, accurate technical support and economical service and our sole, as well as sometimes fanatical- focus on Apple and Apple related products and peripherals has have gained us the right to be be awarded with this designation.

What does it mean to me, the customer?

Because of our new designation we now have even more support from Apple.
