    These numbers represent the estimated time it will take our service technicians to provide you with a firm diagnosis of the problems found and the estimated charges to repair your computer. If parts are required for your repair additional shipping days may also be required. Our Service Department can provide information regarding the current status of your equipment either via e-mail or phone. Please have your Service Repair Order (SRO) number available when contacting our service personnel. This number can be found on the yellow sheet you received when you dropped off your computer for service. If you like, you can check the status of your repair online.
