Voelker Research offers hands on training classes at cost-effective prices in order to deliver expert training to individuals, businesses, government and education clients. Our instructors are professional and first rate. We offer small classes during day, evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of all clients. Call us to discuss your training needs. Our courses are hands-on and allow each student to build their own comfort and confidence in a relaxed environment. We offer the courses our customers are asking for and provide knowledgeable, experienced instructors. If you find that a class setting is not suitable for your schedule, please ask us about our 1v1 training options.

Training Policies
- Enrollment in a class is confirmed by your payment. Payment MUST be received at time of registration.
- Payment by credit card may made in person, by phone, or via online registration.
- Checks or Money orders may be sent to: Attn: Training Coordinator, 5026 N. Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80918
- Cancellation: If you are unable to attend the class for which you have registered, please contact our Training Coordinator at 719-528-5596 or email at training@voelker.com at least (7) business days prior to the class session to reschedule and avoid any cancellation fees.
Participants will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the cost of the class if cancelled less than (7) business days prior to the scheduled class. Participants providing less than (5) business days notice of unavailability for the class in which they were registered will forfeit the Training Registration Fee associated with that class.
Voelker Research reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Participants will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the class or a seat in the next available class. Voelker Research will not be liable for any expenses associated with its cancellation of classes.
